1. About these terms
   These terms govern every purchase of a Sync Vault software license made on kqiu.top. Sync Vault is an Obsidian plugin developed and sold by the operator of kqiu.top (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you accept these terms.
2. What we sell
   kqiu.top sells software licenses for Sync Vault, a plugin for Obsidian that keeps a vault in sync across devices, lets you open files stored in your own cloud drives without downloading them, and supports real-time collaboration between devices. We sell no physical goods; nothing is shipped.
   Plans currently offered:

• Basic — free of charge.
• Professional — a subscription billed monthly or yearly.
• Lifetime — a one-time purchase giving permanent access to the Professional feature set.
• Trial licenses — where a product page offers a short-term trial, its duration and price are shown on that page.
  The price, billing period, currency and included features of a plan are those displayed on the product page when you order. A license is a right to use the software, not a purchase of the software itself.

1. How to order, and where the checkout is
   Orders are placed on kqiu.top. The international product page is https://kqiu.top/obsidian-sync-vault-en/.
   On that page:
   1) Enter the email address that should receive the license key.
   2) Choose a plan and click the purchase button.
   3) Our store creates the order, then Paddle’s checkout opens as an overlay on the same page. The overlay is Paddle’s own checkout, loaded with Paddle.js; there is no separate hosted checkout URL or standalone payment page on kqiu.top.
   Payment methods, currencies and the final amount are those shown inside the Paddle checkout at the moment of payment.
2. Delivery and activation
   When payment succeeds, a license key is sent to the email address you entered at checkout, normally within minutes. If it has not arrived within 24 hours, check your spam folder and then contact us.
   You activate the key in the Sync Vault settings inside Obsidian. Each order is issued its own key; please keep it confidential.
3. License terms
   Subject to payment, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Sync Vault for personal or business purposes according to the plan you purchased. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense or share license keys, remove or circumvent license checks, or use the software in violation of applicable law.
4. Refund policy — 14 days, no reason required
   We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on every paid order, including the Professional subscription, the Lifetime purchase and any paid trial license. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. You do not have to give a reason.
   How to request: email support@sync-vault.com from the address used at checkout, or include your order ID in the message. We process refunds within 5–10 business days; the money is returned to the original payment method.

• Orders paid through Paddle: Paddle.com Market Limited is the Merchant of Record for those orders and issues the refund. The credit may appear on your statement as Paddle rather than kqiu.top.
• Requests made after 14 days: we may still consider them, but we are not obliged to approve them.
• Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights you have under the law of your place of residence.

1. Payments and Merchant of Record
   For orders paid through Paddle, Paddle.com Market Limited (Paddle) is the Merchant of Record: it is the seller of record for the transaction and handles payment processing, receipts, tax and refunds, and Paddle’s Buyer Terms apply in addition to these terms. We never receive or store your full card details.
2. Privacy
   We use the email address you provide at checkout to deliver your license key and to handle order, refund and support requests. Any other processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
   Sync Vault is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data loss caused by hardware failure, lost encryption keys, third-party cloud providers or misuse of the software. You are responsible for keeping your own backups and your encryption keys.
4. Changes to these terms
   We may update these terms. The version in force for an order is the one published on this page at the time of purchase. Material changes are published here with a new “Last updated” date.
5. Governing law
   These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
